Imaging Findings:
MRI:
Angiography: 6 types.

Clinical:
Claudation-like symptoms.

Etiology:
Embryologic premature formation of popilateal artery prior to medial migration of medial head of gastrocnemius to medial femoral condyle. Progressive fibrosis of popilateal artery due to abnormal stresses with eventual stenosis.
